Return Process

  Log in to your Kalyan Silks account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and silk marks intact before securely packing it in the original box.

  Pickup and Transit

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide you with a return tracking ID.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchanged item.
